Shin Guards

Shin guards for Muay Thai, kickboxing and MMA sparring, from Venum and Fairtex. Sizes run from XS to XL depending on the model.

The Venum Kontact range is the lighter, simpler option to start with. The Elite Standup and Fairtex Competition models add more padding and a closer fit for harder sparring and competition. Cash on delivery anywhere in Lebanon, or try a pair at our store in Hazmieh.

Common questions

What size shin guards do I need?

Shin guard sizing follows your height and build, not your shoe size. Most adults under about 170cm are a Small or Medium, and most over about 180cm are a Large or Extra Large. If you are between sizes, message us on Instagram at @fitfight.coo with your height and weight.

How do I know they fit?

A guard that fits covers from just below the knee to the top of the foot and does not rotate around your leg when you kick. If it spins, it is too big.

Which pair should a beginner buy?

The Venum Kontact range, $11 to $15, is the lighter entry option and is enough if you train once or twice a week doing pads and technique. The Elite Standup at $34.99 and Fairtex Competition at $39.99 add padding for harder sparring.

Do you deliver across Lebanon?
