Common questions

How do I fit a boil and bite mouthguard?

Boil water and take it off the heat. Lower the guard in for 30 to 60 seconds, cool it briefly under cold water, then bite down firmly and evenly while sucking in so it pulls against your teeth. Hold 20 to 30 seconds, then set it in cold water until hard.

How often should I replace it?

Replace it when it is torn, when the bite impression has flattened, or when it stops staying in place on its own. For anyone sparring regularly that tends to be about once a season.

Do you have kids sizes?

Yes. The Cross guards and the plain Venum both come in a kid size. Children need a smaller guard rather than a trimmed down adult one, and their guard needs refitting more often because their teeth are still moving.

What do they cost?

The plain Venum is $6, printed guards are $8, and the Venum Predator is $12. Cash on delivery anywhere in Lebanon.
